Our Cleaning Process
We begin by checking the gown for spots and damage. Spot removal is performed carefully, with the goal of treating stains without damaging the material. During the cleaning process, we use a special net bag to help protect the gown. After cleaning, the dress is hand pressed layer by layer. If needed, the cleaning process may be repeated multiple times until it meets our cleanliness standards.

Most customers pay between $280 and $350. Final pricing depends on the size of the gown, material, number of layers, and overall condition.
Preservation Fee
Preservation for a regular-size gown is $85 extra in an acid-free window box.
We recommend bringing the gown in so Linda can inspect it in person and provide the most accurate quote.
Turnaround Time
Our regular turnaround time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.
If you need your gown completed sooner than our regular turnaround time, rush service may be available for an additional charge, depending on the gown and our current workload.
